Executive Personal Assistant & House Manager

About the role

We are a busy couple in Mt. Arlington seeking a part‑time Executive Personal Assistant and House Manager to bring structure, efficiency and calm to our home and professional lives. The role supports both personal and work‑related tasks, handling travel, calendars, vendor coordination and household organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel logistics for work and personal trips, including airport transportation.
• Manage household and work calendars, schedule appointments, and track expenses.
• Handle document management: scanning, filing, bill summaries, and coordinating signings.
• Design, build and maintain organization systems for pantry, closets, storage and interior décor.
• Oversee vendors such as cleaners, landscapers, contractors and coordinate repair quotes.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies, subscriptions and handle errands like returns, dry‑cleaning and gift shopping.
• Coordinate pet care, vet appointments and manage the existing cat sitter schedule.
• Arrange deep cleans, special projects, meal‑support services and laundry/dry‑cleaning logistics.
