Executive Oncology Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Specialist to drive sales of oncology therapeutics, focusing on lung cancer, in the northern Virginia region while based in Horsham, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Promote current and new oncology products, especially a bi‑specific antibody targeting EGFR and MET, to oncologists and infusion clinics.
• Develop and execute account plans with the District Manager, aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product efficacy, safety, clinical guidelines, and side‑effect management.
• Organize speaker programs with key opinion leaders and ensure company visibility at major congresses.
• Conduct business analysis using qualitative and quantitative data to identify growth opportunities.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options compliantly to improve sales opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% domestically, including nights and weekends, and attend oncology conferences as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales/account management, preferably in lung/solid tumor oncology.
• Proven track record of brand strategy implementation and successful hospital/large‑account sales.
• Ability to create marketing materials and educate medical professionals on product features.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills in a competitive environment.
