Executive Director of Supply Chain

About the role

Jupiter Medical Center seeks an Executive Director of Supply Chain to lead a fully integrated, system‑wide supply chain and logistics strategy across acute and non‑acute settings, including its physician group. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency, driving standardization, and supporting patient care through resilient supply operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain distribution strategy, covering inventory, replenishment, and logistics.
• Standardize supply delivery models and integrate legacy processes into a unified system.
• Optimize inventory management to reduce waste, improve service levels, and enhance resilience.
• Implement performance metrics, service recovery strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices from healthcare and other sectors.
• Develop and execute system‑wide supply chain policies, training, and education programs.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to align supply chain objectives with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related healthcare field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain/logistics experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership of distribution centers and logistics operations.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Track record of driving standardization, cost savings, and performance improvement in complex environments.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
