About the role

Cloaked is building an AI‑native privacy platform that protects personal data for high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and top executives. As the Executive Client Services & Founding Operations Lead, you will act as the dedicated security concierge for these clients, guiding them from contract signing through ongoing protection.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client relationship, serving as the single point of contact from onboarding to long‑term support.
• Lead household and family onboarding, coordinating all services on the client’s timeline.
• Maintain regular check‑ins, milestone reviews, and on‑demand escalations to keep clients protected as needs evolve.
• Translate technical issues into clear, non‑technical explanations and partner with Engineering to resolve them.
• Preserve absolute discretion with highly sensitive personal information.
• Help define the concierge playbook, SOPs, and handoff processes as the program scales.
• Surface recurring client needs to inform product development and staffing models.
