Executive Business Partner

About the role

The Executive Business Partner will work closely with Flamingo’s Digital and Retail leadership, supporting the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer and the VP of Direct‑to‑Consumer. This role ensures the executive team runs smoothly, handling everything from calendar management to off‑site planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel for senior leaders.
• Organize and execute off‑site meetings, events, and special projects.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address potential gaps in executive workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment in all interactions.

Required profile

• Highly organized and resourceful with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, willing to work beyond traditional hours when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to interact confidently with a variety of functions and external partners.
