Executive Business Partner

About the role

The Executive Business Partner will work closely with the executive leadership team for Digital and Retail, supporting the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP of DTC. This role manages calendars, travel, off‑sites and special projects, ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and travel coordination across the US and abroad.
• Handle expense reporting and meeting logistics with precision.
• Run off‑site events and other special projects as needed.
• Anticipate executive needs and make judgment calls aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Highly organized and resourceful with strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of functions.
• Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours when required.
