Executive Assistant – Music Team

About the role

Spotify’s Music Vertical connects audiences and artists worldwide. As an Executive Assistant on the Music team, you will support senior leadership in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule and prioritize internal and external meetings.
• Plan and coordinate business travel, creating detailed itineraries and handling logistics.
• Track expenses, manage purchase orders and meet related deadlines.
• Support daily communications, including phone logistics and contact updates.
• Organize team events, off‑sites and industry moments, providing onsite assistance as needed.
• Partner with the executive to align time with team and company priorities.
• Collaborate with communications and content teams to prepare presentation and speaking‑engagement materials.
• Assist with special projects, research and ad‑hoc planning work.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders as an executive assistant.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong, trusted relationships and discretion with sensitive information.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Calm under pressure, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Anticipates needs and takes action without being asked.
• Balances day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term planning.
• Clear communicator who works well with diverse partners and enjoys teamwork.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary range $93,000–$132,000 USD per year, plus equity.

• Hybrid work model: 2‑3 days per week onsite in Los Angeles, with flexibility to work from home.
