Executive Assistant (Chief of Staff) – A320 VSM

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the VP – Head of A320 VSM Mobile supports daily business activities, prepares decision‑making scenarios, and handles confidential information across a multicultural, transnational environment. The role requires strong organization, compliance awareness, and flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scenarios, presentations, and decision‑making materials for the VP and coordinate related stakeholder inputs.
• Manage cross‑functional and transnational interfaces, collect bottom‑up views, and prioritize the VP’s calendar.
• Lead specific action plans/projects and support the VP’s N‑1 management team.
• Organize meetings, events, travel, and ensure the VP has necessary tools and documentation.
• Handle stakeholder liaison with other executive offices and maintain confidential information flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in an industrial/operations setting.
• Proven experience handling large data sets, analysis, and project/program management.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations and willingness to travel (≈10%).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite (Google Workspace) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Airbus-specific tools such as CnB, myFM, and Skywise.
• Fluent English (French a plus).
