Excel Business Operations (BizOps) AI Trainer – $90‑$100/hr

About the role

We are looking for experienced BizOps professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as remote AI Trainers. You will create high‑quality Excel training data that helps improve large language model performance for business‑focused use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build cross‑functional business datasets in Excel covering KPI dashboards, budgeting, growth modeling, headcount planning and executive reporting.
• Craft analytical questions that test performance analysis and strategic planning.
• Produce structured, executive‑ready outputs and record step‑by‑step walkthroughs explaining decision frameworks.
• Ensure all deliverables reflect real‑world business scenarios and advanced Excel techniques.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Business Operations, strategy, FP&A or consulting.
• Strong background in KPI reporting, financial modeling and executive‑level analysis.
• Ability to work independently on a part‑time, project‑based schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, dashboards, complex formulas).
• KPI reporting and business performance analysis.
• Data structuring and scenario building in spreadsheet environments.
