Evidence & Regulatory Filings Operations Specialist

About the role

Fortitude Law’s recovery teams deliver evidence packages to banks, law‑enforcement agencies and regulators on behalf of fraud victims. As the caseload expands, the firm needs a dedicated specialist to manage forensic evidence handling, deadline‑driven filings and recipient‑specific exhibit packs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a master evidence file for each case, ensuring forensic integrity through hash‑on‑ingest, chain‑of‑custody tracking and version control.
• Manage the filing pipeline, submitting complaints and evidence to federal and state agencies within strict time windows and monitoring responses.
• Create audience‑ready exhibit packs, exporting the master file to meet each recipient’s technical and procedural standards.
• Deliver new‑case filings on a service standard measured in days rather than weeks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or evidence‑heavy paralegal work.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high volume workloads.
• Based in New York.
• Background as a senior litigation‑support/eDiscovery specialist, senior paralegal in high‑volume litigation, or digital‑forensics technician with strong documentation skills.

Required skills

• EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) fluency.
• Experience with Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
