Event & Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention and satisfaction. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role helps manage move‑ins, coordinate resident events, and assist with sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, provide a welcoming environment, and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensure cleanliness, and manage loading dock/elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for resident use and keep them in tour‑ready condition.
• Develop, execute, and assess innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and create marketing communications for events and programs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to greet and assist residents and prospects professionally.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, packages, and event logistics.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Knowledge of local area amenities and ability to maintain vendor relationships.
• Effective communication skills for phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
