ETL Testing Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is looking for an ETL Testing Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Richardson, Texas. You will work on data‑warehouse and data‑services testing projects, applying automated testing techniques and supporting the delivery of high‑quality financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document and clarify business requirements for testing activities.
• Participate in design discussions and capture design decisions for the technical team.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain test scripts and automated test frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and ensure system stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support structures for new applications.
• Assist in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of testing techniques, code changes, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
