About the role

Join Independence Title, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, as an Escrow Assistant/Support Specialist in the Austin area. You will provide proactive assistance to escrow teams, ensuring real‑estate transactions close accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to Austin‑area branch locations to support escrow staff as directed.
• Maintain respectful, clear communication with team members and clients.
• Collaborate with escrow teams to guarantee timely, error‑free closings.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks according to company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and solution‑focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years escrow experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• RamQuest system (preferred).
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
