About the role

Diablo Tools is seeking an energetic, entry‑level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our Miami team. You will help promote our cutting‑tool and power‑tool accessory solutions, learning the business through hands‑on training and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on product functions and benefits.
• Demonstrate product features and translate them into clear consumer advantages.
• Manage inventory levels, promotional items, and marketing campaigns while creatively cross‑merchandising to boost product placement.
• Organize a strategic, logistical monthly schedule for sales activities.
• Gather and submit end‑user testimonials and analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and professional knowledge of Diablo products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 0‑4 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in a sales career.
• Proven work ethic with a drive to consistently exceed goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
