About the role

Diablo Tools, a division of Bosch Group, is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Sales and Marketing Representative to join its Houston team. The role focuses on promoting cutting‑tool and power‑tool accessories, building relationships with key customers, and supporting product education.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by training and educating customers on product functions and benefits.
• Demonstrate key product features and translate them into clear consumer advantages.
• Manage inventory levels, promotional items, and marketing campaigns while creatively cross‑merchandising to increase product placement.
• Organize strategic and logistical monthly schedules.
• Collect and submit end‑user testimonials and analysis for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and professional knowledge of Diablo Tools products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 0‑4 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
