Entry-Level Non-Technical Project/Program Management – New Grad

About the role

This position supports the repair loop process by coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring all checklist steps are recorded in the corporate ERP system. It is an entry‑level, non‑technical project/program management role for recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Hold meetings with various internal stakeholders to align on repair loop requirements.
• Document and track checklist steps in the ERP system to initiate contracted repairs.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members and customers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time and relocate if needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Basic ability to learn and navigate SAP, including extracting data into Word/Excel.
