About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team is seeking recent graduates to join its Analytics Development Program as a Marketing Data Analyst. You will work on internal product analytics, generating high‑value reports that power Veeva Crossix solutions for life‑sciences clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution, quality control, and timely delivery of recurring analytical reports across a large product portfolio.
• Link marketing exposure data with massive transactional healthcare datasets to create the analytical foundation for client decision‑making.
• Formulate testable hypotheses using SQL, Excel, and Crossix’s proprietary analytical coding language.
• Partner with Client Services teams to communicate methodology and results as the data subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0–2 years experience) with a 3.0‑4.0 GPA in any discipline.
• Strong drive, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Residency within a 45‑60 minute commute to the NYC office and willingness to work on‑site four days per week.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python or a comparable coding language.
• Advanced Excel skills.
