Entry Level IT Desktop Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level IT Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Phoenix. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced IT professionals, providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, phone and remote support for Windows devices and user environments.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Assist with software installations, updates and system configurations.
• Log, track and resolve tickets using our IT support system.
• Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on escalated or complex issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of IT experience or recent completion of an IT‑related degree or certification.
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Customer‑first attitude and ability to work onsite Monday‑Friday.
