About the role
Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper for its Kendall Ridge community in Bellevue, WA. You will join a high‑performing team that values customer service and strives to keep the property looking its best.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and inspect community spaces, including entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Ensure grounds, landscaping, and amenities meet Greystar’s cleanliness and curb‑appeal standards.
- Remove debris, litter, and other hazards to keep the environment safe and welcoming.
- Support service team members with routine upkeep tasks.
