About the role
The Enterprise Transformation Associate will support our client’s strategic growth agenda across the Enterprise business. Working closely with senior leaders, you will translate high‑level priorities into actionable plans, build financial and scenario models, and drive execution of key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support development of one‑year operating priorities and 3‑5‑year growth plans.
- Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and create financial, scenario and business‑case models.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor and performance analyses to uncover risks and opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional workstreams, define workplans, success metrics, timelines and governance.
- Monitor initiative progress, resolve blockers and ensure alignment with senior leadership commitments.
- Analyze business performance using data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets and internal reporting.
- Build dashboards, scorecards and recurring reports to improve visibility of performance.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations, business reviews and decision memos.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior executives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, finance, product, marketing and operations.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
