Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the enterprise risk management program in support of effectively managing risks to our mission‑critical operations. This position is based in Dallas, TX and will serve in an advisory capacity to the Bank’s Risk Management Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the ongoing ERM process, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on enterprise‑wide risks.
• Facilitate risk and fraud assessments, analyze results, and track progress of mitigation plans.
• Foster a culture of proactive risk management using the three‑lines‑of‑defense approach.
• Design and deliver training and presentation materials to enhance risk awareness across the Bank.
• Assist in developing risk appetite and tolerances and create mechanisms to report key performance indicators.
• Analyze risk themes across the enterprise and report to the Risk Management Committee.
• Apply latest technologies and data analytics to improve risk practices.
• Participate in district and system‑level enterprise risk projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience evaluating organizational risk, performing management or audit testing.
• Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., Risk Management Certification, CFE, CIA, CISA, CISSP, ERMCP, CERA).
• Understanding of risk management concepts and ability to present to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Meeting and facilitation skills.
