Enterprise Operations Lead

About the role

Camber is seeking an Enterprise Operations Lead to act as the bridge between engineering and go‑to‑market teams, ensuring large healthcare clients receive seamless service and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients, such as improving 90‑day collection rates.
• Translate operational needs into clear product requirements for the engineering team.
• Own and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including directors of revenue cycle management.
• Develop and implement scalable processes in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of operational experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Strategic problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguous situations.
• Execution master with strong organizational control over multiple moving pieces.
• Accountable collaborator who proactively partners across the organization.
• Growth‑mindset individual comfortable with high autonomy and open feedback.
