Enterprise Ball Screw Integrated Product Team Lead

About the role

Moog is building a new U.S.-based Enterprise Ball Screw Division and needs an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to establish and grow this strategic capability. The role will drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations and supply chain to deliver a scalable, sovereign ball‑screw capability for industrial, aerospace, defense and space markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for U.S. ball‑screw engineering and manufacturing capability.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to meet program objectives, managing planning, risk, resources and milestones.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and capability‑building to develop long‑term organizational expertise.
• Partner with product design teams to ensure manufacturability, scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Support technology roadmaps, capital planning and long‑term capacity strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or program leadership in aerospace, defense or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong program and project management, risk management and executive communication skills.
