Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Serval is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own target accounts and drive AI‑powered workflow automation across fast‑moving enterprises. You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape the company’s enterprise motion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion.
• Develop deep relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Orchestrate complex buying committees and align technical, security, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver demos and business cases that tie AI automation to measurable ROI.
• Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap and ensure seamless delivery.
• Create repeatable playbooks for deal structure, pricing, and expansion strategy.
• Represent Serval at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent top‑tier attainment.
• Proven success selling technical or workflow automation platforms into 1‑5K employee organizations.
• Experience running consultative sales cycles (2‑6 months) with VP‑level buyers in IT, Security, or Operations.
• Strong strategic account planning, multi‑threading, and executive communication skills.
• High‑agency operator who thrives in unstructured environments.
• Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ five days a week, with regular travel.
