Enterprise Account Executive – Build Market Presence

About the role

Hilbert is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to establish and grow its presence across the largest consumer markets in the United States. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role focused on building a pipeline from scratch, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and securing strategic partnerships with Fortune‑500 consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target accounts, verticals, and use cases where Hilbert can win.
• Open doors and build relationships with senior executives across growth, marketing, data, analytics, product, and technology functions.
• Generate pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and creative prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed agreement, coordinating with procurement, security, legal, and technical teams.
• Translate Hilbert’s AI‑driven data capabilities into clear revenue‑impact outcomes for customers.
• Develop business cases for large, strategic enterprise partnerships and feed market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy.
• Convert early wins into repeatable sales motions and scalable go‑to‑market processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record closing $800K–$1M+ enterprise deals in data, AI, analytics, or infrastructure products.
• Deep knowledge of the consumer enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior leaders in retail, CPG, hospitality, marketplaces, or related verticals.
• Ability to navigate multi‑threaded sales cycles involving executive sponsors, technical teams, procurement, security, and legal.
• Strong understanding of consumer growth metrics such as segmentation, retention, LTV, conversion, personalization, and revenue drivers.
