Enrollment Sales Coordinator – Medical Education Programs

About the role

We are seeking an Enrollment Sales Coordinator to join our medical education team. You will work with warm leads—international medical students who have applied through our website—and guide them through the enrollment process, turning interest into paid participation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact every new applicant within 24 hours of submission.
• Conduct video intake interviews to assess fit and answer questions.
• Follow up persistently using a structured sequence until the lead converts or goes cold.
• Clearly explain program fees, visa requirements, specialty availability, and start dates.
• Send payment invoices and confirm enrollment once a student commits.
• Maintain an organized pipeline tracker of all active leads and their status.
• Report weekly on conversion numbers and identify reasons for non‑conversion.
• Coordinate handoff to program coordinators after payment confirmation.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals or enrolling clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Comfortable conducting video calls with a reliable computer, stable internet, and a professional setup.
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
• Experience in healthcare, medical education, or working with international students is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is advantageous.
• Availability during US Pacific business hours.
