Enforcement Operations Lead – Cloud Partners

About the role

Anthropic’s Safeguards team protects users and enforces policy across its AI platform. As the Enforcement Operations Lead for Cloud Partners, you will design and run the end‑to‑end enforcement workflow for Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. You will coordinate with product, policy, engineering, legal, and partner teams to keep the enforcement ecosystem consistent, auditable, and fast.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces, from detection and review to action, customer communication, and appeal.
• Define enforcement paths for each partner, specifying how actions are requested, executed, and confirmed.
• Manage SLAs for review, escalation, and action, and continuously evaluate performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation guides to ensure consistency across clouds.
• Establish red‑teaming, quality processes, and shared metrics.
• Partner with threat‑intelligence teams for paired investigations, case referrals, and high‑severity incident paging.
• Own enforcement metrics, reporting to Safeguards leadership, partners, and regulators.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in trust & safety operations, enforcement, or threat intelligence.
• Proven track record managing external partner or vendor relationships without direct control over their systems.
• Ability to translate policy, legal, and engineering requirements into practical workflows.
• Experience building enforcement programs from scratch, including SLAs, escalation paths, and quality measurement.
• Highly organized with rigorous documentation and SOP maintenance in fast‑moving environments.
• Clear, precise communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including partner executives.
• Passion for responsible AI deployment and enforcement operations.
