About the role

The Elementary Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary students, fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment. Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centered teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team, leading pedagogical meetings and supporting professional development.
• Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional progress, implementing support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain timely communication with parents and guardians, participating in meetings, conferences, and school events.
• Prepare academic reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
