Join a pioneering mission to build the world's first and only space-based broadband cellular network. As an Electromechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced satellite subsystems that will connect the world directly from space.

Missions principales

• Perform high-precision assembly of mechanical subsystems, including deployment systems, actuators, hinges, latches, and precision movement mechanisms.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, 3D models, and electrical wiring diagrams to ensure flawless integration.
• Execute electrical harness installation and perform rigorous functional and environmental testing.
• Troubleshoot technical anomalies and implement corrective actions to ensure mission success.
• Manage flight hardware strictly adhering to contamination control and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.
• Document all manufacturing and testing data with high accuracy for quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and test teams in a cleanroom environment.

Profil recherché

• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanics, Electrical, or Electromechanical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly and/or electrical integration.
• Proven ability to read and interpret detailed technical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail in high-stakes environments.

Competences requises

• Proficiency with precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic electrical test equipment.
• Experience working in a Cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of ESD and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention practices.
• Expertise in wire harness fabrication and installation.
• Aerospace industry experience and familiarity with satellite mechanisms is a significant plus.
