Electrician IV

About the role

The Electrician IV will perform installations on a variety of industrial equipment, interpreting electrical and mechanical codes, blueprints, and schematics. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, high‑voltage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit and cable trays using tools such as hacksaws, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.
• Install cable glands (CMP, Hawk) and perform professional wire terminations for reliability and appearance.
• Make final terminations on equipment ranging from 24 V control systems to 4160 V medium‑voltage systems.
• Design layout and install electrical wiring based on job specifications and observe installed equipment for hazards or required adjustments.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior personnel as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of industrial electrical experience with direct industry exposure.
• Ability to read and write English and interpret P&ID and electrical schematics.
• Experience planning and executing complex installations with minimal supervision.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
