Electrical Project Manager (National Team)

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its Florida Projects Team. The role oversees the full lifecycle of diverse electrical construction projects nationwide, from business development and estimating through execution and closeout, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.
• Coordinate multi‑trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Travel to project sites consistently, up to 60% of the time.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management.
• Expertise in electrical systems with general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated with strong leadership and time‑management skills.
