Electrical Project Manager – National Projects

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group LLC, a leader in industrial and commercial electrical construction, is expanding its National Projects Team. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee diverse electrical construction projects across the United States, from business development through closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management and cost tracking.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources and field supervision.
• Coordinate multi‑trade installation methods including electrical, mechanical, civil and structural work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals and presentations.
• Provide value‑engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management.
• Expertise in electrical systems with general knowledge of mechanical, civil and structural work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Self‑motivated with strong leadership and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites at least every other week.
