Electrical Installation Supervisor

About the role

Dematic is looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead installation quality on customer projects across the United States. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites, with all travel expenses covered.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding installation quality by following manufacturing and subcontractor checklists and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct on‑site safety audits, enforce OSHA regulations, and coordinate safety compliance.
• Assist with equipment trial runs and provide detailed on‑site reporting to project managers and customers.
• Train subcontractors on installing Dematic material handling equipment and write concise trip reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot electromechanical issues, suggesting practical resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, preferably in AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyor systems.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred) and ability to lift at least 50 lb.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off‑shifts with overtime potential.
