Electrical Foreman

About the role

The Electrical Foreman will complete assigned electrical tasks on customer sites across the United States, ensuring safety and quality while providing guidance to less experienced personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Complete electrical installation tasks within allotted time as directed by site supervision.
• Provide basic direction, training, and support to less experienced crew members.
• Travel 100% to customer sites throughout the continental US and perform physical duties such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking on large construction sites.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift at least 50 lb.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the US and work in various climates and environments.
