About the role

Innovamat is seeking a Mathematics Education Specialist to lead the adoption of its research‑based math programs across schools in the United States. The role combines classroom coaching, professional‑development design, and partnership with districts to create lasting impact on teachers and students.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary math success specialist, guiding schools through implementation and fostering a thinking‑classroom culture.
• Design and deliver customized professional‑development journeys, including coaching plans, live modeling, and feedback cycles.
• Observe classroom practice, provide actionable feedback, and run hands‑on PD workshops rooted in real‑world teaching.
• Partner with school leaders and districts to define success plans, track adoption, and measure impact on teacher confidence and student engagement.
• Build and nurture a community of math educators across the assigned region.
• Travel 30‑50 % of the time to schools and district sites.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in mathematics and teacher education.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the elementary level (preferred).
• Passion for translating cutting‑edge research into classroom practice.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States.
