Education Services Coordinator

About the role

The Education Services Coordinator supports business operations across learning and marketing functions, ensuring accurate reporting, system updates, and event logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and maintain recurring learning reports, including revenue tracking, program metrics and survey results.
• Perform project time reconciliation in OpenAir to ensure accurate billing alignment.
• Support custom CMS updates, class setup and maintain documentation and operational checklists.
• Coordinate logistics and planning for marketing events, track deliverables, vendor coordination and post‑event reporting.
• Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks, using Copilot and AI tools for summaries and trend analysis.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination or reporting support.
• BA in Communications or related field.
• Ability to follow established processes, manage multiple recurring deadlines and flag data inconsistencies.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI reporting tools.
• Familiarity with OpenAir time‑tracking system.
• Experience working with a content management system (CMS).
