Education Account Manager – Staffing Services

About the role

The Education Account Manager will serve as the primary partner for Kelly Education’s client schools and districts in Raeford, NC. You will build strong relationships, understand staffing needs, and deliver high‑quality recruitment and workforce solutions that help educational institutions succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison for assigned education clients, fostering trust and delivering responsive service.
• Design and execute local recruiting strategies, leveraging community outreach, events, referrals and other sourcing channels to build a qualified talent pipeline.
• Guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from offer to assignment and providing ongoing support.
• Manage the employee lifecycle—including performance coaching, attendance monitoring, feedback, recognition and retention initiatives—in partnership with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Oversee daily delivery of staffing services, tracking fulfillment, employee performance, client satisfaction and overall account health.
• Respond promptly to client and employee concerns, identify solutions, and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Analyze staffing activity, workforce trends and performance metrics to identify challenges and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions aligned with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Strong critical‑thinking and judgment skills, with a track record of assessing situations, making timely decisions and owning resolutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
