About the role
We are looking for a talented storyteller to create and manage high‑quality educational and support content for a leading global technology platform. In this role you will ensure users receive clear, accurate information that helps them solve problems and understand complex topics.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and deliver engaging educational and support documentation.
- Manage the full content lifecycle from concept through publication, meeting quality and deadline standards.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track financial constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, legal, and external partners to define scope and deliverables.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
