About the role

Pubity is launching a dedicated editorial operation to serve its massive social audience. As an Editor, you will shape the daily news agenda, develop original stories, and ensure high journalistic standards across news, culture, entertainment, and internet trends.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, commission, and produce original news stories that resonate with a younger, digitally‑native audience.
• Set editorial priorities, deciding which topics merit coverage and how Pubity can add unique value.
• Collaborate with sources, contributors, and cross‑functional teams to create compelling, shareable content.
• Define and maintain editorial voice, style guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor audience engagement and analytics to refine content strategy.

Required profile

• Strong editorial judgment and a deep understanding of what captures audience attention.
• Experience in digital journalism, newsrooms, or content creation for social platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex or fast‑moving stories for a younger demographic.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
