About the role

We are looking for an Early Careers Resourcing Partner to join our recruiting solutions team in New York. In this hybrid role you will work both remotely and onsite with our financial services client in the USA, delivering a high‑quality recruitment service for early‑career candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of early‑career talent to meet client hiring targets.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions on assessment processes for business areas.
• Monitor application pipelines, process candidates promptly and meet Service Level Agreements.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessment events, including scheduling and communication.
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates on offer decisions.
• Produce accurate recruitment activity reports and keep clients informed of progress.
• Contribute to team meetings, share priorities and drive collaborative results.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable presenting to hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Highly organised with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
