About the role
Cohere is expanding its Talent Team and seeks an Early Careers & Interns Specialist to design and run global programs that attract, develop, and retain top student and recent‑graduate talent. You will own the end‑to‑end intern pipeline, partner with universities, and ensure a world‑class experience for early‑career professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic early‑talent programs with clear goals for intern and graduate pipelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for hundreds of interns worldwide, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain partnerships with top universities and colleges to source high‑potential candidates.
- Develop employer branding strategies targeted at student markets and represent Cohere at career fairs and on‑campus events.
- Coordinate mentor/buddy pairing, progress check‑ins, performance reviews, and long‑term retention initiatives.
- Track program metrics such as conversion rates, retention, and ROI, and continuously improve the intern experience.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in global early‑careers, internships, or graduate recruitment, preferably for technical roles.
- Proven expertise in international university partnership development and campus recruitment for STEM fields.
- Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, equitable intern programs with strong project‑management skills.
- Experience tracking and analysing program metrics and developing learning objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
