Early Career Intern – Fundamental Equities COO Office

About the role

Join Invesco’s Fundamental Equities COO Office for a 9‑week summer internship starting June 2027. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the operational side of a $310bn AUM platform, work alongside senior professionals, and participate in networking, development workshops, and volunteer activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations and governance by identifying solutions to operational challenges and assisting with meetings and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the technology and AI team, working with Copilot and agentic tooling to explore and test new opportunities.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis that inform IFE strategy and broader firm initiatives.
• Assist in strategy and planning tasks, providing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in investment operations and finance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
