E2E Network Test Engineer – Richardson, TX

About the role

The E2E Network Test Engineer will join Infosys' Engineering unit in Richardson, TX, focusing on end‑to‑end testing of network automation solutions. You will work on telecom, SDN‑NFV and OSS/BSS platforms, applying data‑first engineering practices and advanced automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Code new features and integrate updates into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and maintain the codebase.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Develop user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities for knowledge sharing.
