E2E Network Test Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an E2E Network Test Engineer to join its Engineering unit in Temple Terrace, FL. The role focuses on end‑to‑end quality assurance for telecom OSS/BSS applications, leveraging automated testing frameworks and a data‑first engineering approach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, translate software specifications into detailed process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new applications following design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support software performance enhancements.
• Integrate new software features and ensure smooth transitions within existing infrastructure.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues, and create comprehensive maintenance documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions for the team knowledge base.
