Dual‑Site Community Manager

About the role

The Dual‑Site Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations for two stabilized garden‑style communities, Sixty58 and Waverly Flats, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgets, set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and oversee petty‑cash management.
• Enforce lease processes, approve applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and ensure maintenance standards.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property‑management, sales, marketing, and customer‑service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong internet, word‑processing, spreadsheet and database‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on‑site.
