DTC Sales Representative

About the role

The Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Sales Representative drives sales and customer engagement for health‑care products through inbound and outbound calls. This role focuses on new patient enrollment, product education, and meeting individual sales targets while delivering professional, empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers.
• Generate leads from referrals, online ads and marketing campaigns and follow up with product offerings.
• Educate customers and clinicians on product applications, medical procedures and troubleshooting.
• Assist patients in enrolling in Comfort Medical Services and selecting appropriate products.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, market trends and competitive landscape.
• Document all interactions in CRM systems (Brightree, Salesforce) and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with field and internal teams to strengthen relationships and achieve sales goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and empathetically.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving and ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
