DTC Sales Manager

About the role

The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Manager leads the DTC sales team within Comfort Medical, driving revenue growth and overseeing day‑to‑day operations. This position combines leadership, strategic planning, and performance management to meet sales and operational goals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the DTC sales team, providing daily leadership and professional development.
• Execute initiatives to increase revenue, focusing on new patient enrollment and product sales.
• Manage product lifecycle from sales through reimbursement, ensuring smooth patient referrals.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed enrollment, product management, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, federal/state regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2‑5 years of contact‑center or management experience, including sales operations and team leadership.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and organizational skills.
