Door Person – Residential Building

About the role

The Residences at Rainier Square is seeking a Door Person to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. This full‑time, on‑site role combines customer service with building security, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Monitor building entrance, control access, and verify visitor credentials.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with package deliveries, lobby inquiries, and general concierge services.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to security or emergency situations, following established protocols.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
• Prior experience in a front‑desk, concierge, or security role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of building access control procedures.
