Documentum Lead Consultant – Raleigh, NC

About the role

Infosys’ Digital Experience (DX) unit is looking for a Documentum Lead Consultant to join its team in Raleigh, NC. In this Process Project Lead position you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of ECM initiatives, act as the bridge between technical teams and clients, and ensure projects meet quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify resource gaps and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting work, including product evaluation, benchmarking and process improvement.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases, ensuring they meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage risks proactively and govern project scope while identifying additional business opportunities.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance project economics with strategic priorities.
• Proven experience leading multi‑year transformation programs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Documentum ECM (D2, Webtop, xCP, Product Suite).
• Knowledge of content repositories, metadata models and document‑management workflows.
• Understanding of capture, classification, archival and retention processes.
• Experience integrating Documentum with CRM, ERP, SAP or custom applications.
• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted Documentum (OpenText) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Use of project‑management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
