About the role
The Division of Student Affairs Facilities Project Manager will lead and coordinate facilities projects that support student services at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. This full‑time position reports to the Division leadership and focuses on delivering project outcomes on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor facilities improvement and construction projects for the Division of Student Affairs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project budgets, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to senior management.
Required profile
- Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
- Regular full‑time position (not a work‑study role).
- Demonstrated experience in project management within a facilities or construction environment.
